Approved by Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission in Mar 2015, Shenzhen 3D Printing Technology Engineering Laboratory, a municipal Key Laboratory, is constructed by YUTO Technology. The laboratory focuses on basic research and application research of 3D printing, 3D modeling and visualization, paper-based 3D color printing, high polymer powder 3D color printing, etc. The achievements are applied to high-end packaging, art printing, high quality graphics and anti-counterfeiting. The laboratory received Acceptance Certificate from Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission in Jul 2016.
Approved by Shenzhen development and Reform Commission in Aug 2016, Shenzhen Nano Intelligent Coating Material Engineering Laboratory, a municipal key laboratory, is constructed by YUTO Technology. The laboratory focuses on basic research and application research of nano intelligent modified-atmosphere coating material, nano intelligent anti-counterfeiting coating material, nano intelligent conductive coating material and nano intelligent photocurable material, etc. The achievements are applied to high-end packaging and printed electronics.
Approved by Shenzhen Bureau of science and technology innovation in Apr 2017, Baoan District Digital and Anti-counterfeit Printing Engineering Technology Research Center, a district level engineering technology research center, is constructed by YUTO Technology. The research center focuses on basic research and application research of digital post printing enhancement technique, high speed ink jet printing technology, anti-counterfeiting technology, etc. The center will train talents with multidisciplinary technology background, develop digital and anti-counterfeiting new technologies and new products, to lay the foundation of Shenzhen high-end printing industry public technology services platform.
Recognized as “Shenzhen Industrial Design Center” by Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenhen in 2014, YUTO Industrial Design Center has high-level design and R & D team, equipped with high-end R & D instruments and design software, provides high-quality original design services to domestic customers and overseas. Its business covers the packaging of consumer electronics, cosmetics, luxury products and so on. The center will maintain good relation with famous universities and research institutions, and open to similar organizations, to train high level talents for this industry.
YUTO Technology Center is committed to the R&D and application of new products, technology, material. It has over one hundred independent intellectual property rights, as well as many achievements. The center is recognized as “municipal level technology center” by Economy, Trade and Information Commission of ShenZhen in Jun 2016. There are 416 full-time R & D staff in the team, mainly Senior or intermediate Engineers. We have developed dozens of printing and post-processing techniques, eg. color management technique, digital soft proofing technique, Hi Fi printing technology, photolithography process technology and so on. We will continue to invest, to reach the international advanced level.

This is a new generation of packaging application technology based on 3D printing. The interference effect of light is added on the light refraction, it is more dynamic, with good depth of field and sense of space, more interesting and reduces the difficulty of printing. Using offset UV ink and UV varnish, the FSF printing looks convex, with a strong 3D visual effect, Fine lines are well arranged with smooth texture. It has very good decorative effect as well as some anti-counterfeiting function. It can be used for business card, box, manual, cigarettes package, wine package, cosmetics and luxury goods, stationery and so on.
Each item of commodities is give a unique QR code ID, ie., “one thing one code”, information is collected during production, warehousing, logistics, sales and consumption. The consumers can scan the QR code to get the basic commodity information, and interactive with the seller online. For the sellers, they can achieve track-trace, out-zone sale supervision, anti-counterfeiting, maintaining market order, brand construction. The consumers, sellers and commodities are connected through QR code. And the accumulated big data can be used for consumer analysis, precise and individualized service.
Digital watermark is embedded in the pre-print processing, which can’t be seen by naked eye, and can’t be copied. Special software will have to be used to read the watermark. This technique is reliable, cost effective, easy to handle and eco-friendly.
